What can I expect from Authentic Flamenco by The Royal Opera of Madrid?
A once-in-a-lifetime flamenco show full of passion brought from Spain by one of the best performing arts institutions in the world, The Royal Opera of Madrid.
Where is the experience located?
The event will take place at Contact Theatre, Oxford Rd, Manchester M15 6JA.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.
How long does the experience last?
The show will last approximately 65 minutes, but guests with VIP tickets can extend their experience and take photos with the artists after the performance.
Are food and drink available?
Food and beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) will be available for additional purchase for everybody before the show to consume in the ground floor bar and café area.
Is the experience accessible for deaf people?
Yes. Although sound is highly important, there are also strong visual elements which can be enjoyed.

Mask use is not mandatory during the experience, but we highly encourage it for the safety and comfort of everyone.

Proof of vaccination is no longer required to access this event.

When should I arrive?
The show will be 60-70 minutes long. Doors will open 60 minutes prior to the start time on your ticket and we encourage guests to come at least 15 minutes before the start time. The performance will start promptly at the start time and doors will be closed once the performance starts. No late entry is permitted under any circumstances.
What happens if I arrive late?

Can I bring animals?
No animals are allowed. Please

Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome! Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is there parking available?
Contact doesn’t have a car park but there are several nearby, such as the University of Manchester car park on Cecil Street, and Q-Park Manchester Hospitals.
Anyway, it is best to prioritize public transport or sustainable alternatives for this event.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
Tickets are available at the event for purchase, but we recommend buying tickets in advance. All tickets must be purchased through the app or
website prior to arriving at the event.

How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us HERE with proof of needing a carer ticket.
Once we receive this, we will provide you with the code of a voucher, that you can use to purchase your free Carer ticket.
Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue.
Are refunds or reschedules allowed?
Refunds are not allowed, but reschedules to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and is based on availability. Please
contact us here directly to change your ticket.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please
contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please
