The show will be 60-70 minutes long. Doors will open 60 minutes prior to the start time on your ticket and we encourage guests to come at least 15 minutes before the start time. The performance will start promptly at the start time and doors will be closed once the performance starts.

Refunds are not allowed, but reschedules to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and is based on availability. Please contact us here directly to change your ticket.

You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.

You can ﬁnd your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the
Ticketssection. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the
Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that
you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot ﬁnd your ticket,
