When should I arrive?

The show will be 60-70 minutes long. Doors will open 45 minutes prior to the start time on your ticket and we encourage guests to come at least 15 minutes before the start time. The performance will start promptly at the start time and doors will be closed once the performance starts. No late entry is permitted under any circumstances.

There are several parking lots 7 minutes walking distance at 700 Pennsylvania Ave. SE, Washington, DC 20003, United States.

The area is also full of places to park in the street, but we can’t assure you will find a spot easily.

Y﻿es, tickets are available at the event, but we strongly recommend purchasing through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event for an easier and faster entry.

Are refunds or reschedules allowed

Refunds are not allowed, but reschedules to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and is based on availability. Please contact us here directly to change your ticket.

You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking Transfer Tickets on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

If you would like to book for a group of 40+ people, please refer to the GROUPS section of the menu and let us know your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.

You can ﬁnd your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don’t have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot ﬁnd your ticket, please contact us.

How are VIP and standard ticket different?

For VIP, the show will be lasting ~100 minutes (vs. standard 65 min) including the tasting and the meet & greet.
