Admire the jaw-dropping production by the Royal Opera of Madrid, the most important performing arts institution in Spain. In 2019, it was awarded the best opera company in the world by the International Opera Awards, and you will find out why at Authentic Flamenco. Experience a vibrant show full of sensibility and powerful images.

Award-winning artists from Spain

Originating in Spain and from the producers SO-LA-NA, this special show brings together award-winning professionals for an unforgettable performance with stunning vocals, instruments, and dances.

Yolanda Osuna

This internationally renowned flamenco dancer born in Cordoba, Spain, has led an award-studded career, from the tablaos in Andalusia to stages all over the world. Now she’s joined in a magical performance by flamenco stars such as Juan Fernández, Bernardo Miranda, and more.

Dates: December, 7th and 8th.
Amador Rojas

This flamenco dancer from Sevilla has been awarded with the Artist Revelation Award at La Bienal de Sevilla, and The Golden Lyre Musicianship Award. He has had the opportunity to learn from and share a stage with some of the most important artists and flamenco families in the world. Now he’s performing on international tablaos in the Authentic Flamenco tour along with other renowned artists such as Ángeles Gabaldón, Paco iglesias and Diego Amador, amongst others.

Opening hours: Thursday-Sunday, various sessions throughout the day
Duration: the show is around 65 minutes long. For VIP and VIP+ ticket holders the experience will be around 90 minutes long with the meet & greet with the artists at the end of the show.
Location: John Basset Theatre. North Building. Metro Toronto Convention Centre. 255 Front Street West
Age requirement: all ages are welcome! Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult

What can I expect from Authentic Flamenco by the Royal Opera of Madrid

A once-in-a-lifetime flamenco show full of passion brought from Spain by one of the best performing arts institutions in the world, the Royal Opera of Madrid.

The event will take place at John Bassett Theatre, North Building, 255 Front St W, Toronto, ON M5V 2W6, Canada.

The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.

How long does the experience last

The event will last approximately 65 minutes, but guests with VIP tickets can extend their experience and take photos with the artists after the show.

Is vaccination mandatory to attend this experience?

Proof of vaccination is no longer required to access this event.

When should I arrive?

The show will be 60-70 minutes long. Doors will open 45 minutes prior to the start time on your ticket and we encourage guests to come at least 15 minutes before the start time. The performance will start promptly at the start time and doors will be closed once the performance starts. No late entry is permitted under any circumstances.

What happens if I arrive late?

No late entry is permitted under any circumstances.

Can I bring animals?

Only service animals are allowed.

Is there an age requirement?

All ages are welcome. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Is there parking available?

It is best to prioritize public transport or sustainable alternatives for this event. But parking for the John Bassett Theatre can be found in the North Building of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre and the entrance is located off of Simcoe, one block south of Front St. behind the Hotel Intercontinental.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

Tickets are available at the event, but we strongly recommend purchasing through the app or website prior to arriving at the event for an easier and faster entry.

Where can I get tickets

On the Fever App, available on Google Play and Apple Store, and on the Fever website.

Are refunds or reschedules allowed

Refunds are not allowed, but reschedules to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and is based on availability. Please contact us here directly to change your ticket.

Do I need to print my ticket

You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I make a group booking

If you would like to book for a group of 40+ people, please refer to the GROUPS section of the menu and let us know your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.

I can’t ﬁnd my ticket. What can I do

You can ﬁnd your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don’t have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot ﬁnd your ticket, please contact us.

Do we have carer tickets?

Yes, there are carer tickets available for this event

How do I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. . Please contact us HERE . We will provide you with the code of a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket. Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue.
