Opening hours: Various sessions throughout the day. - Doors will open 60 minutes before the starting time.
Duration: the show is around 65 minutes long. For VIP and VIP+ ticket holders the experience will be around 90 minutes long with the meet & greet with the artists at the end of the show.

What can I expect from Authentic Flamenco by the Royal Opera of Madrid?

A once-in-a-lifetime flamenco show full of passion brought from Spain by one of the best performing arts institutions in the world, The Royal Opera of Madrid.

Where is the experience located?

The event will take place at 2700 Capitol Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95816

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.

How long does the experience last?

The show will last approximately 65 minutes, but guests with VIP tickets can extend their experience and take photos with the artists after the performance.

Are food and drink available?

There won’t be any food or beverage available.

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

Yes. Although sound is highly important, there are also strong visual elements which can be enjoyed.

Is this venue ADA accessible?

Yes, the theater has ADA accessible seating. If needed, please purchase a preferential admission ticket. For further questions please contact the venue HERE. Staff will also be present to assist onsite.

ACCESS

When should I arrive?

The show will be 60-70 minutes long. Doors will open 60 minutes prior to the start time on your ticket and we encourage guests to come at least 15 minutes before the start time. The performance will start promptly at the start time and doors will be closed once the performance starts.

What happens if I arrive late?

No late entry is permitted under any circumstances.

Can I bring animals?

Only service animals are allowed.

Is there an age requirement?

All ages are welcome! Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Is there parking available?

The theater recommends using the Sutter Community Garage located in our alley at 2701 N Street. The entrance to the garage is located on 28th between Capitol Avenue and N Street. When entering the garage, you receive a printed ticket. When leaving the garage, you will insert your ticket, be prompted to pay via debit or credit card and be given a receipt. There is a 6-car white zone directly in front of the theater located on Capitol Avenue between 27th and 28th Street. If you need to drop off or pick up a patron, please use this area.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

Tickets are available at the event for purchase, but we recommend buying tickets in advance. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website prior to arriving at the event.

On the Fever App, available on Google Play and Apple Store, and on the Fever website

Do we have carer tickets?

Yes, there are carer tickets available for this event.

How do I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us HERE .

We will provide you with the code of a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket.

Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue.

Are refunds or reschedules allowed?

Refunds are not allowed, but reschedules to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and is based on availability. Please contact us here directly to change your ticket.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking Transfer Tickets on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I make a group booking?

If you would like to book for a group or you have any special request, please use this form.

I can’t ﬁnd my ticket. What can I do?

You can ﬁnd your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot ﬁnd your ticket, please contact us.
