Daniel Casares

At the age of sixteen he is awarded the prestigious Bordón Minero de La Unión, becoming the youngest guitarist, to date, to achieve it. He won the national guitar prize in Jaén and this enabled him to record his first album Duende Flamenco at the age of nineteen.

The guitarist from Malaga has presented projects such as La luna de Alejandra with the Philharmonic Orchestra of Malaga or PICASSARES, his sixth album, in which he returns to his most flamenco essence and with which he pays tribute to the painter Pablo Picasso.

Duration: the show is around 65 minutes long. For VIP and VIP+ ticket holders the experience will be around 90 minutes long with the meet & greet with the artists at the end of the show.

What can I expect from Authentic Flamenco by The Royal Opera of Madrid?

A once-in-a-lifetime flamenco show full of passion brought from Spain by one of the best performing arts institutions in the world, The Royal Opera of Madrid.

Where is the experience located?

The event will take place at Zabeel Theatre, Jumeirah Zabeel Saray - Dubai - United Arab Emirates.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.

How long does the experience last?

The show will last approximately 65 minutes, but guests with VIP tickets can extend their experience and take photos with the artists after the performance.

Are food and drink available?

Food and beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) will be available for additional purchase for everybody before the show. Bear in mind that food won’t be allowed in the main concert room.

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

Yes. Although sound is highly important, there are also strong visual elements which can be enjoyed.

ACCESS

When should I arrive?

The show will be 60-70 minutes long. Doors will open 60 minutes prior to the start time on your ticket and we encourage guests to come at least 15 minutes before the start time. The performance will start promptly at the start time and doors will be closed once the performance starts. No late entry is permitted under any circumstances.

What happens if I arrive late?

No late entry is permitted under any circumstances.

Can I bring animals?

Only service animals are allowed.

Is there an age requirement?

All ages are welcome! Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Is there parking available?

The Mall of the Emirates has ample parking spaces available for visitors. Throughout the week, the first 3 hours are free. On weekends parking is free.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

Tickets are available at the event for purchase, but we recommend buying tickets in advance. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website prior to arriving at the event.

Where can I get tickets?

On the Fever App, available on Google Play and Apple Store, and on the Fever website.

Do we have carer tickets?

Yes, there are carer tickets available for this event

How do I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us HERE with proof of needing a carer ticket.

Once we receive this, we will provide you with the code of a voucher, that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket.

Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue.

Are refunds or reschedules allowed?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our Terms and Conditions.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking Transfer Tickets on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

I can't ﬁnd my ticket. What can I do?

You can ﬁnd your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Ticketssection. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play.
