What can I expect from Authentic Flamenco by The Royal Opera of Madrid?
A once-in-a-lifetime flamenco show full of passion brought from Spain by one of the best performing arts institutions in the world, The Royal Opera of Madrid.

The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.
How long does the experience last?
The show will last approximately 65 minutes, but guests with VIP tickets can extend their experience and take photos with the artists after the performance.
Are food and drink available?
All food and drink items purchased at Concessions are welcome into the theater. Items available include snacks, sodas, water, beer, and wine.
Is the experience accessible for deaf people?
Yes. Although sound is highly important, there are also strong visual elements which can be enjoyed. The theater has assisted hearing devices that guests can request, if needed. They connect to T-coil hearing aids and also amplify sound from the board. The building representative will have these available at the bar.

Is vaccination mandatory to attend this experience?
Proof of vaccination is no longer required to access this event.
When should I arrive?
The show will be 60-70 minutes long. Doors will open 60 minutes prior to the start time on your ticket and we encourage guests to come at least 15 minutes before the start time. The performance will start promptly at the start time and doors will be closed once the performance starts. No late entry is permitted under any circumstances.
What happens if I arrive late?
No late entry is permitted under any circumstances.
Can I bring animals?
Only service animals are allowed.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome! Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is there parking available?
Discounted Parking at the LAZ Deck at 100 Luckie St: $9 parking vouchers can be purchased at the venue's concessions. Only applicable to the LAZ deck. Must 'get a ticket' from the machine upon entry.

Tickets are available at the event for purchase, but we recommend buying tickets in advance. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website

How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. . Please contact us

Are refunds or reschedules allowed?
Refunds are not allowed, but reschedules to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and is based on availability. Please contact us here directly to change your ticket.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking Transfer Tickets on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Ticketssection. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play.
